THE SITE
Plots 4 and 5 Arena Central are the remaining plots of the wider Arena Central masterplan and are located at the corner of Bridge Street and Holliday Street, Birmingham.

To the north, the site sits next to a cleared plot with planning approval for a new office building of up to 12 storeys.
The future Serpentine Walk - a new landscaped route connecting Broad Street and Holliday Street – is located to the east and will run alongside the site. Across this space is an 18-storey Holiday Inn Express and a 14-storey office building (3 Arena Central).
Across Holliday Street to the south are the existing Nite Nite hotel and residential apartments, as well as the Axis development site, which has permission for new homes, serviced apartments/hotel, and student accommodation.
To the west, across Bridge Street are lower-rise commercial buildings, with Gas Street Basin located just beyond.
The site comprises plots four and five of the wider Arena Central mixed-use regeneration area which has been transformed over the past three decades and is now internationally recognised as a highly engaging and sustainable place for work and entertainment, vital to the overall reputation of an evolving Birmingham.
